**To contact Arunika Cruises, message the Komodo Luxury reservations team on WhatsApp at +62 811 3823 875 or email sales@komodoluxury.com. Our office sits in Labuan Bajo, about 10 to 15 minutes from Komodo Airport (LBJ). Quotes for scheduled and private Flores cruises usually land back with you within a few hours.**
Arunika Cruises is the comfort-class small-ship brand operated by Komodo Luxury, a Labuan Bajo operator founded in 2015. Bookings are handled directly by its reservations team, so when you write in you reach the people who actually run the voyages, not a call centre. Everything below is current as of 5 July 2026 and subject to change; the desk confirms live figures before you pay anything.
How do you contact Arunika Cruises?
Three channels reach the same reservations desk. Pick whichever suits how you like to plan a trip.
| Channel | Reach us at | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| +62 811 3823 875 | Fast quotes, live route questions, photos of cabins | |
| sales@komodoluxury.com | Detailed itineraries, group and buyout bookings, invoices | |
| Office | Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Labuan Bajo | In-person planning the day before you sail |
WhatsApp is the quickest way in. Send your travel dates and group size in the first message and the team can usually match you to a departure and cabin the same day. Email suits longer requests, corporate buyouts, or anyone who wants a written itinerary and a formal quote to circulate before booking.
Where is the office, and how close is Komodo Airport?
The reservations office is on Jalan Soekarno Hatta in Labuan Bajo, the town on the west tip of Flores that operators like Le Pirate describe as the gateway to Komodo National Park. Le Pirate cites roughly a 10-minute taxi from Komodo Airport (IATA code LBJ) to its town office on the same street, near the harbour. Aqua Expeditions cites about a 15-minute transfer between the Le Bajo Flores port and the airport, so plan on 10 to 15 minutes door to door either way.
One firm piece of advice from every operator here, us included: fly in one day before departure. A single delayed connection through Bali can cost you the whole cruise, and boats leave at 10:00 sharp. Arriving the night before lets you absorb flight delays, meet the team, and settle any last details in person.
What routes and departures can you book?
Arunika sells ensuite-cabin comfort voyages by route and cabin class, covering the whole Flores arc, from Bali and Lombok crossings through Komodo National Park and eastward toward Riung, Ende and Maumere. Scheduled trips run on a fixed weekly rhythm; private buyouts flex to your dates within the sailing season.
| Voyage | Duration | Departure pattern (as of 2026) | Cabin | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Komodo core loop | 3 days / 2 nights | Departs Monday, returns Wednesday ~15:00 | Ensuite | Quote on request |
| Komodo + Padar sunrise | 4 days / 3 nights | Departs Thursday, returns Sunday ~15:00 | Ensuite | Quote on request |
| Bali or Lombok crossing to Labuan Bajo | Up to 7 nights | Seasonal, April to September | Ensuite | Quote on request |
| Eastbound Riung 17 Islands, Ende, Maumere, Larantuka | Custom | Private buyout, by arrangement | Ensuite | Quote on request |
| Full-ship private charter | 3 to 8 days | Any available date, April to September | Whole vessel | Quote on request |
Per-person prices in this category are quote-based, not published, because fare depends on vessel, cabin, group size and season. For contrast only: backpacker deck-class boats from Lombok run about IDR 1.5 million per person as of 2026, but those are open-deck shared sleep-aboards with 40-plus passengers. Arunika books private ensuite cabins on comfort small-ships, so ask the desk for a real figure against your dates rather than working off headline budget numbers.
Two scheduling notes worth knowing before you write in. Aqua Expeditions sails this Bali-Komodo-Flores region April to September only, avoiding the harsh weather the rest of the year; independent guides name April to June as the sweet spot for lush landscapes, thinner crowds and better underwater visibility at spots like Manta Point and Pink Beach. And shared scheduled trips carry a minimum age of 16, so families travelling with younger children should ask about a private charter instead.
How does booking a Flores cruise work?
The reservations desk walks every guest through the same clear sequence. These payment terms follow the Le Pirate market reference and are confirmed in writing before you commit.
- Send your dates and group size. Message WhatsApp +62 811 3823 875 or email sales@komodoluxury.com with when you want to travel, how many cabins you need, and any route you have in mind.
- Get a route and cabin quote. The team matches you to a scheduled departure or a private buyout and sends a price, usually the same day.
- Secure with a 10% deposit. A 10% non-refundable deposit holds your booking and cabin.
- Know the refund window. A further 25% is refundable only if you cancel 14 or more days before departure.
- Settle the balance 14 days out. The final 65%, plus Komodo National Park entrance fees, is non-refundable and due 14 days before you sail.
- Arrive and check in. Fly into Labuan Bajo the day before, meet at the office between 09:00 and 09:30 on departure day, and leave at 10:00 sharp; scheduled trips return around 15:00 on the final day.
A word on park fees: Komodo National Park entrance fees are a separate line item on top of the cruise fare and are non-refundable. The park is managed by Balai Taman Nasional Komodo under Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). Exact fee tables are not publicly citable and shift over time, so the desk quotes the current amount at booking rather than promising a fixed number here. We also strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and trip disruption; ferry and flight timings in eastern Indonesia can move.
When will the reservations team reply?
The desk runs on Indonesia Central Time (WITA, GMT+8), the same clock as Labuan Bajo. During office hours, a WhatsApp message with clear dates typically earns a first reply within a few hours, and often a full quote the same day. Detailed email requests, group manifests and buyout proposals can take a little longer because the team builds them by hand around vessel availability.
To get the fastest, most useful answer, have this ready before you message:
- Your travel dates, or a rough window inside the April to September season
- Number of guests and how many ensuite cabins you need
- The route or highlights you care about, whether that is the Padar sunrise hike, Rinca dragons, Pink Beach and Manta Point, or an eastbound run toward Riung, Ende and Maumere
- Whether you want a scheduled shared departure or a full-ship private buyout
- Any dietary needs, ages of children, or accessibility requirements
Looking further ahead, demand for this coast keeps climbing: Raja Ampat-to-Flores expedition sailings are already scheduled for March 2027, and Labuan Bajo remains a government super-premium destination priority with port and marina upgrades tracked toward 2027. Peak windows fill early, so if you are planning around specific 2026 or 2027 dates, it is worth opening the conversation sooner rather than later.

No pressure, no guaranteed-outcome sales pitch, just clear answers from a Labuan Bajo team that has run these waters since 2015.
