- Fly in a day early. Land at Komodo Airport (LBJ) — about a 10-minute taxi to the town office, and roughly 15 minutes between Le Bajo Flores port and the airport. Operators advise arriving one day before departure so a delayed flight never costs you the sailing.
- Meet and sail. Check in at the operator office between 09:00 and 09:30; departure is 10:00 sharp.
- Return. You are back at Labuan Bajo harbour around 15:00 on the final day.
Two line items sit outside the cruise fare.
