Disclaimer | Arunika Cruises (florescruise.com)

**florescruise.com, published under the brand Arunika Cruises, is an informational website operated by Komodo Luxury. Everything here — cruise prices, sailing schedules, Komodo National Park fees — is general guidance dated as of 2026 and subject to change, confirmed only at booking. Nothing on this site is a contract, a guaranteed outcome, or licensed financial, legal, or tax advice.**

Who operates florescruise.com, and who publishes it?

Arunika Cruises is the consumer brand for florescruise.com. The site is operated by Komodo Luxury, a Labuan Bajo-based cruise and tour operator founded in 2015, and is published by Juara Holding Group. Cruise reservations, quotes and payments are handled directly by the Komodo Luxury reservations team — not by an anonymous middleman.

We state this plainly because trust starts with knowing exactly who you are dealing with. When you enquire about a comfort-class Flores voyage — a 3-day Komodo loop or an 8-day eastbound sailing toward Riung’s 17 Islands, Ende and Maumere — your booking is arranged by Komodo Luxury’s team. Where a specific asset such as a phinisi, a shore vehicle or a private transfer is not owned by the operator, it is arranged via vetted licensed partners, and we describe it that way.

What does “informational only” actually mean here?

The route guides, itineraries, cabin descriptions and price ranges on this site exist to help you plan a trip. They are editorial content, not an offer, a reservation, or a binding agreement. A booking exists only once Komodo Luxury issues a written confirmation and you have paid the required deposit under the terms provided to you at that moment.

This site IS This site is NOT
A planning and reference resource for Flores cruises A live booking or checkout system
Operated by a real operator (Komodo Luxury, founded 2015) The owner of every vessel or asset described
A source of date-stamped, best-effort figures A guarantee of price, availability or itinerary
Published by Juara Holding Group A licensed financial, legal, tax or insurance adviser

How current are the prices, schedules and park fees?

Every figure on florescruise.com is dated. Prices in IDR and USD, sailing windows, meeting and departure times, and Komodo National Park entrance fees reflect our best understanding as of 2026 and are explicitly subject to change. Public per-person cruise prices in this market are usually quote-based rather than fixed-listed, so treat any number you read here as indicative until Komodo Luxury confirms it in writing.

Park fees deserve special mention. Komodo National Park entrance fees are a separate line item, paid on top of the cruise fare, and are non-refundable. The park is managed by Balai Taman Nasional Komodo under Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). Exact fee tables are not reliably citable in public sources, so we do not publish a fixed figure — these are quoted at booking and can change without notice.

Seasonality guidance follows the same logic. The regional comfort small-ship season broadly runs April to September, with April to June often cited by independent guides as the best window for visibility and lush landscapes. That is planning context, not a promise about weather, sea conditions or wildlife sightings on any given departure.

Are the reviews, ratings and credentials on this site real?

Yes — or they are not published. We cite only Komodo Luxury’s genuine, verifiable credentials as a real operator founded in Labuan Bajo in 2015. We do not invent award years, star ratings, testimonials, review counts, partner logos or accreditations. If you ever see a claim on this site you cannot verify, treat it as an error to report, not a fact to rely on, and contact us so we can correct it.

Who is responsible once you book a cruise?

Booking terms are set and communicated by Komodo Luxury at the time of reservation, and those written terms — not this page — govern your trip. Market-standard norms in this segment help set expectations, and we share them here purely as reference:

  • A deposit (commonly around 10%) is typically required to secure a booking and is often non-refundable.
  • A further portion of the balance may be refundable only if you cancel a set number of days before departure (14 or more days is a common threshold).
  • The final balance, plus Komodo National Park entrance fees, is usually due before departure and non-refundable.
  • Shared scheduled departures often carry a minimum age (16 is common); families with younger children are generally directed to a private charter.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and disruption is strongly recommended, and is your responsibility to arrange.

Once at sea, safety decisions rest with the vessel’s captain and crew. Itineraries, landing sites such as Padar, Pink Beach or Manta Point, and timings can change due to weather, tides, park regulations or operational needs. Arunika Cruises, Komodo Luxury and Juara Holding Group are not liable for losses arising from such changes, from third-party service providers, from force majeure, or from your own travel arrangements including flights to Komodo Airport (LBJ). Operators advise arriving in Labuan Bajo one day before departure to absorb flight delays — following that advice is your decision.
