**Booking a voyage with Arunika Cruises means you agree to these terms. Arunika Cruises is the booking brand of florescruise.com, operated by Komodo Luxury, a licensed Labuan Bajo cruise operator founded in 2015. These terms govern enquiries, quotes, deposits, cancellations and liability for every scheduled or private Flores cruise we arrange. Please read them before you pay.**
These Terms of Service were last updated on 5 July 2026 and apply to florescruise.com, published by Juara Holding Group. All prices, schedules and fees referenced here are stated as of 5 July 2026 and are subject to change; the figures confirmed in your written booking confirmation always take precedence.
Who are you actually contracting with?
When you book through Arunika Cruises, you are contracting with Komodo Luxury, the operator that runs the vessels and the onboard experience. Komodo Luxury is a real award-winning operator founded in 2015 in Labuan Bajo, and its reservations team handles your booking directly — from your first WhatsApp message to the moment you step off the boat.
Arunika Cruises (florescruise.com) is the branded booking and information channel for those voyages. The site is published by Juara Holding Group. Where a specific service — an airport transfer, a licensed dive guide, an add-on land tour — is delivered by a third party, we arrange it through vetted licensed partners and are not the owner of that asset. We will tell you when a partner, rather than Komodo Luxury, is responsible for part of your trip.
How does an enquiry become a confirmed booking?
Public per-person prices for our comfort-class, ensuite-cabin voyages are quote-based rather than listed. A booking moves through four stages:
- Enquiry — you contact us by WhatsApp or email with your dates, route and cabin preference.
- Quote — we send a written quote covering the cruise fare, inclusions and exclusions, valid for the period stated in that quote.
- Deposit — your booking is only held once the deposit is received.
- Confirmation — we issue a written confirmation with your itinerary, vessel and final terms.
Nothing you read on florescruise.com is itself a contract or a guarantee of availability. A voyage is confirmed only when we have issued you a written confirmation and received the required payment.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
The booking and payment structure below reflects standard small-ship cruise practice in Labuan Bajo and is confirmed in writing before you pay. Komodo National Park entrance fees are always a separate, non-refundable line item paid on top of the fare.
| Stage | Amount | Refundable? |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit to secure booking | 10% of fare | Non-refundable |
| Second instalment | 25% of fare | Refundable only if cancelled 14+ days before departure |
| Final balance | 65% of fare + park fees | Non-refundable, due 14 days before departure |
In short: cancel 14 or more days before departure and you may recover the 25% second instalment, but the 10% deposit is never refunded. Inside the 14-day window, the full balance and park fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and trip disruption — it is your protection against losses these terms cannot cover.
Are the prices and schedules fixed?
No. Fares, park fees, fuel-linked surcharges and departure times are stated as of 5 July 2026 and can change. Komodo National Park entrance fees are set by Balai Taman Nasional Komodo under Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry, are not publicly fixed, and are quoted at booking. Scheduled small-ship sailings across the Bali–Komodo–Flores region typically run only within the April–September window; departures outside that season may be unavailable or rerouted for weather and safety.
Weather, sea conditions, park-authority rulings and safety decisions by the captain may require us to change a route, swap an anchorage such as Padar, Pink Beach or Manta Point, or reschedule. We will always favour your safety over the printed itinerary.
How do we handle your personal data?
We collect only what we need to arrange your voyage — name, contact details, passport data for crew manifests, and payment information. We process it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”).
For travellers based in the European Union or United Kingdom, we handle your data in a manner consistent with the GDPR: we process it lawfully, keep it only as long as needed, and never sell it. Your rights include:
| Your right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Ask what personal data we hold about you |
| Correction | Have inaccurate data fixed |
| Deletion | Request erasure where no legal duty requires us to keep it |
| Objection | Ask us to stop certain processing |
To exercise any right, email sales@komodoluxury.com. We share data only with the operator, the vessel crew, and licensed partners delivering your booked services, plus payment and legal bodies where Indonesian law requires it.
What are we responsible for — and what are we not?
Cruising, hiking Padar at sunrise, snorkelling at Manta Point and boarding tenders carry inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, neither Arunika Cruises nor Juara Holding Group accepts liability for injury, loss, delay or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control — weather, sea state, flight delays into Komodo Airport (LBJ), park closures, acts of authorities, or your own failure to follow crew safety instructions. Operators advise arriving in Labuan Bajo one day before departure to absorb flight delays; a missed departure caused by late arrival is not our responsibility.
Our and the operator’s total liability for any confirmed booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We do not guarantee wildlife sightings, specific weather, or any outcome that depends on nature. We are not a licensed financial, legal, medical or tax adviser, and nothing here is such advice.
What about age, safety and conduct?
Shared scheduled departures carry a minimum age of 16. Families travelling with younger children must book a private full-ship charter, which we are glad to arrange. All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions; we may refuse boarding or end a voyage for conduct that endangers other guests, the crew or the vessel, without refund.
Which law governs these terms?
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
